Redesigning Webdam Core’s Search Experience

The redesign of Webdam Core's search experience was a joint product and engineering initiative that began in early 2020. The team's goal was to launch a consistent and performant search service built on a new, platform-agnostic backend infrastructure—one that could potentially be used by all the products.

I collaborated closely with the lead product manager to define the goals, objectives, and design plan for this extensive project. Our research and discovery process employed various methods, including feature audits, usability reviews, reading research studies, and user interviews with both customers and internal teams. This approach helped us validate user needs and identify existing friction points.
